First Coast Sod ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use firstcoastsod.com and how we use it.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information you choose to provide and basic analytics data:

• Quote details — square footage and sod variety you enter into our calculator. This is processed in your browser and is not stored on our servers unless you submit a booking.
• Booking and contact information — name, phone number, address, and email when you book an installation or contact us.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Analytics — with your consent, Google Analytics collects anonymized usage data (pages viewed, device type, approximate region). We enable IP anonymization. You can decline analytics cookies at any time.

How We Use Your Information

• To prepare your quote and schedule your sod installation.
• To contact you about your booking (we promise to text within 2 hours of booking).
• To process your deposit and final payment via Stripe.
• To improve our website using aggregate, anonymized analytics.

We Do Not Sell Your Data

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your data for cross-site advertising.

Cookies

We use a single analytics cookie, and only after you accept it via our consent banner. You can decline, and the site works fully without it.

Third-Party Services

• Stripe — payment processing. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Google Analytics — anonymized usage analytics (consent-gated).
• Google Maps — our service-area map embed.

Your Rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@firstcoastsod.com. California (CCPA) and EU (GDPR) residents have additional rights, which we honor for all customers.
