16-pallet minimum order. Each pallet covers approximately 450 sq ft.

Pallets dropped at the curb or a designated staging area. Delivery is curbside only — moving materials beyond that point is your crew's responsibility.

Sod laid flat — no soil prep or grading included. Site must be prepped and graded before we arrive. Available on commercial jobs with delivery.

Commercial bulk pricing requires a minimum of 16 pallets (approximately 7,200 sq ft). Orders below that threshold are quoted at standard residential rates. Call (904) 362-1337 and we will price your full order upfront.
Yes. We deliver curbside to job sites, construction zones, HOA common areas, and commercial properties throughout Northeast Florida — Duval, St. Johns, Clay, and Nassau counties.
For most commercial orders we recommend scheduling 3–5 business days out. Larger orders of 20+ pallets may require a week or more.
Yes. We stock all four major varieties and can deliver mixed orders in a single run. Let us know pallet counts by variety when you call.
